GOOD GOD!

As some of you may know, I manage a small ski/bike resort. Check out this tidbit I ran across, on the world's most expensive ski resorts.

--"Spanish Peaks in Big Sky, Mont., charges members between $500,000 and $1.3 million for access to 3,500 private acres of skiable terrain and an 18-hole golf course. Tallus, a members' club in Mammoth Lakes, Calif., charges $795,000 for each member, along with quarterly fees of $3,418 and approximately $13,672 in annual fees."--

Insert string of profanity here.

$1.3 million here... $1.3 million there... pretty soon you're talking big money.

Yes, but you probably need to have a few million to drop to attend the right parties in order to land the customers who have that kind of money to spend on recreation. But maybe you could just send a post card, to see if you could get them excited about roughing it in real mosquito country, instead. :-) Of course, you'd have to charge a lot more than you do now, to get them interested!

Aw man, help out a small country and save millions of lives with food and medical care? Or join Tallus? Are Tom and Katie members? Tom and Katie would tip the scales in Tallus' favour!!

LOL!
